THERE ARE so many running opportunites around that it can become quite expensive. You have to decide which are the important ones for you and work on those. If you want to bring the costs down parkrun is free and open to everybody, look for local events that help to raise money for local charities, you get to run a great event and give money to worthy causes. They still charge but are a lot cheaper and just as much fun as you get into the spirit of the running community. Good luck!
Run Reigate trails - Completed
23rd February 2025
I always think of this as a Redhill event other than Reigate, but it may be on a border, just below the North Downs at Gatton Point. There used to be a pub there, the Gatton Point, where my mother was a barmaid and my grandmother was a cleaner. Click here for website.
